We have a 14-day return policy, which means we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that:
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Due to the nature of our products, items must be unopened/unused and in their original packaging to qualify for returns.
- Used or open products cannot be returned.
- Customized blends and products are not eligible for returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange simply because we sell bath products that can't be returned after use. Kindly carefully review all information about the product before making a purchase. We want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it! Â
Incorrect order received? While rare, we are human! Please contact us immediately upon receipt by sending us a picture of your order to allow us to rectify the error.
